A Chinese Ghost Story
This delirious supernatural fantasy focuses on the relationship between a young tax collector (Leslie Cheung) and a seductive female ghost he meets in a haunted temple. He joins a Taoist hermit to storm the gates of Hell in order to bring his new girlfriend to human form. Based on the novel by Songling Pu.
