Look At Me

Lolita is the daughter of a famous writer, struggling to define her own identity in this witty French comedy. She's self-concious about her weight but a talented singer; her voice coach is played by Agnes Jaoui who also directed and co-wrote the film. It seems everyone Lolita meets is more interested in her father than her, which can make romance complicated to say the least. A funny and urbane study of the pitfalls of fame and growing up in someone's shadow.
