The Jacket
A relentlessly stylish whodunit with Adrien Brody as delusional Gulf War vet, Jack Stark, who winds up in a mental hospital run by the brutal Dr Becker (Kris Kristofferson). Enduring bizarre and inhumane 'treatment', he drifts in and out of the present, to the past and into the future. Keira Knightley is the real or imagined child from an incident he can't quite recall and Jennifer Jason Leigh is a sympathetic doctor who tries to help him in this psychological thriller with shades of 'Jacob's Ladder' and 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'.
