Switching Channels

A modern take on 'His Girl Friday' which in turn was an adaptation of '20s play 'The Front Page'. Kathleen Turner takes the lead as a fiesty cable news reporter about to bow out and marry rich sporting goods mogul, Christopher Reeve. However her ex-husband and now boss (Burt Reynolds) gives her one last assignment in the hopes she'll stick around. Classic '80s comedy.
