The Crimson Pirate
This rip-roaring, swashbuckling adventure (among the best) stars Burt Lancaster and Nick Cravat as buccaneers in the Mediterranean. It has it all - prison breaks, an oddball Scientist, sailing ships, naval fights, and tons of swordplay. Lancaster and Cravat were circus acrobat partners in real life and when Burt made it in pictures, he brought his old performing buddy with him on nine of his films. Incidentally, the character Ojo was mute because of Cravat's thick New York accent.
