Go For Zucker

Zucker (Henry Hubchen) was a big wheel in East Germany before the wall came down, now he's a pool hustler with a disintegrating family. However his estranged mother has up and died and if he wants any part of the inheritance, he has to play happy host to, and make up with, his orhtodox Jewish brother who he hasn't seen since they were boys, separated by Germany's infamous partition. Unfortunately his mother's funeral happens to co-incide with a big pool competition that Zucker is desperate to win - so let the games begin. Proving Geman comedies can be funny, this is post-unification hijinks with an imminently watchable cast, headed by the charismatic Hubchen.
