Jonathan Creek: Series 1
Two actors more well-known in their comic roles, Alan Davies and Caroline Quentin, take the leads in this off-the-wall mystery series in which Davies plays magician and amateur sleuth, Jonathan Creek. Quentin is his enthusiastic assistant as their unorthodox methods are sought in solving the most baffling of crimes. Guest stars include Nigel Planer, Colin Baker and Annette Crosbie, a classic sit-com from writer David Renwick. Series 2 follows.
