Set in the late 21st century, this futuristic thriller stars Milla Jovovich as Violet, a beautiful vampire-like heroine with strange chameleon abilities whose subculture was created as the result of biological warfare. When a totalitarian dictator begins a crusade to experiment on and destroy her people, Violet uses her enhanced speed, incredible stamina and acute intelligence, to try and end his reign of terror. Also stars Cameron Bright and Nick Chinlund.
