V for Vendetta

The dystopian world depicted in the graphic novel by Alan Moore and David Lloyd is brought to the screen in this thrilling sci-fi actioner. In a fascist, futuristic Britain, TV journalist Evey (Natalie Portman) is rescued from the secret police by the mysterious revolutionary V (Hugo Weaving) and soon finds herself his staunchest ally in his fight against tyranny. Stephen Rea, Stephen Fry, Rupert Graves, and John Hurt also star.
