1408

John Cusack gives a riveting performance as Mike Enslin, cynical author of 'occult travel guides' in this stand-out horror. Though successful as a writer of 'true-life horror', Enslin doesn't actually believe in it himself until he checks into legendary hotel room 1408 and finds that it's more important to survive the night than it is to have a profitable book. This is a star Stephen King adaptation, retaining the emotional depth of the main character whilst delivering a range of chills, jumps and geniunely creepy scenes. Co-stars Samuel L. Jackson.
