Michael Moore's scathing dissection of America's Health Insurance system showcases his characteristic combination of shock and humour, as he compares his country's way of dealing with unwell citizens with countries such as England, France and, controversially, Cuba. And things aren't looking good. With healthcare in the hands of the free market and profit-seeking corporations the citizens of the richest country in the world are receiving some of the poorest quality care - and paying through the nose for it.
