Super Size Me

What would happen if you were to eat only food from McDonald's for an entire month? That question is answered in this controversial - and wildly entertaining - documentary from writer/director Morgan Spurlock. Subsisting solely on meals purchased at the Golden Arches for 30 days, Spurlock chronicles the shocking effects his new "McDiet" has on his body and mind, while also slyly commenting on America's "growing" obesity problem.
