Midsomer Murders: Series 6

Midsomer County offers more foul play for the hard-working Barnaby and Troy in the sixth season. 'Birds of Prey': Troy and Barnaby are working on separate cases but quickly realise their work overlaps. When it is revealed that a dead man's secret pecuniary difficulties were related to another death, they must act quickly to uncover the truth. 'Painted in Blood': Troy must act alone as Barnaby's connection to case of a murdered painter hits too close to home. 'A Tale of Two Hamlets': When the son of the influential Smythe-Websters is killed, suspicion falls on the family itself as the dynasty's dirty laundry is aired and their lust for power becomes apparent. 'A Talent for Life': Feisty pensioner Isobel Hewitt is accused of assault by a fellow fisher and the case thickens as two dead bodies appear on the otherwise tranquil river... 'Death and Dreams': Controversial psychiatric methods are called into question when a local patient commits suicide in sleepy Midsomer Worthy.
