Crossing Over
A harrowing ensemble drama that looks at life amongst illegal immigrants and the immigration enforcement agents whose job it is to secure the U.S. border. Harrison Ford is a conflicted official operating within stringent immigration laws laid down post-9/11. Joining him is Ray Liotta as Cole Frankel, a corrupt immigration officer who routinely looks the other way in return for favours. As illegal aliens struggle to get in on the American Dream and authorities do their best to enforce unforgiving laws, lives on both sides of the border are forever changed. Support includes Ashley Judd, Jim Sturgess, Alice Braga and kiwi chameleon Cliff Curtis, as an Iranian-American.
