Crash ( Blu-ray )

Writer/director Paul Haggis brings together a high-powered ensemble cast to explore the sensitive subjects of race and gender in this provocative L.A. drama. Don Cheadle is a cop with a crook in the family, Sandra Bullock is cast against type as a racist married to District Attorney Brendan Fraser, and rapper Ludacris is her mirror image and worst fear, the angry young black man. Masterfully woven, this hard-hitting drama also features Matt Dillon and Ryan Phillipe. Oscar Winner for Best Picture 2006.
