K-20: Legend of the Mask

Stylish superhero shenanigans in a rollicking adventure, based on a popular '80s manga. K-20 is the nickname for the Fiend with 20 Faces, a prankster criminal living in an alternate 1949, in a Japan that never entered the war. Ruled by a few greedy aristocrats, most of the country lives in poverty. Meanwhile, skint circus performer Heikichi (Takeshi Kaneshiro) has been roped into taking some illicit photos at a society wedding, where, as fate would have it, K-20 also happens to be pulling a stunt - and unfortunately Heikichi gets the blame. Determined to prove his innocence, Heikichi breaks out of jail and sets out to expose K-20 by becoming his white-hat alter-ego.
