Kate (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) and Charlie (Aaron Paul) are a young married couple whose bond is built on a mutual love of music, laughter and drinking...especially the drinking. Drinking has been a way of life for her for as long as she can remember. However, when school teacher Kate begins to tire of hangovers and lying to her class about the effects of her drinking, she sets out to get clean and accompanies her colleague Dave (Nick Offerman) to an AA meeting. Kate is surprised to find that she enjoys life without alcohol, but with Charlie as committed as ever to indulging his love of drink, problems begin to arise in their relationship...
