Powder
A rural teen (Sean Patrick Flanery) whose skin is ghostly white and whose nickname is Powder, is the local pariah; he's scary, shy, brilliant and seems to have electromagnetic powers. Suddenly thrust into dealing with people and prejudices for the first time in his life, he's befriended by the local sheriff (Lance Henriksen) and school counsellor (Mary Steenburgen).
