The Accidental Tourist

William Hurt is a travel writer who hates to travel. He also isn't willing to open himself up to what life has to offer until he splits with his wife Kathleen Turner and starts seeing a kookie dog trainer played by Geena Davis. Davis won an Oscar for her performance as Muriel in this film adaptation of the novel by Anne Tyler. Also Oscar-nominated as Best Picture.
