The Station Agent
Writer and first-time director Tom McCarthy's poignant comedy-drama centers on Finbar McBride (Peter Dinklage), a depressed dwarf who inherits and moves into an abandoned train yard after his only friend dies. Content to wallow in his loneliness, McBride reluctantly finds himself connecting with a pair of new acquaintances: Olivia (Patricia Clarkson), an artist troubled by the death of her son, and Joe (Bobby Cannavale), an upbeat hot dog vendor who operates his business right next door. With Raven Goodwin, Paul Benjamin, Michelle Williams.
