Vatel
Sweeping historic epic set in France in 1671 and starring Gerard Depardieu as Francois Vatel, a steward for the near-bankrupt Prince de Conde. While trying to prepare for an elaborate party and feast for King Louis XIV at the prince's chateau, Vatel must deal with the monarch's new mistress and an unscrupulous aide.
