Touching the Void

The remarkable true story of mountain climbers Joe Simpson and Simon Yates is the focus of this harrowing docudrama. In 1985, the fearless pair sets out to conquer the Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes against seemingly overwhelming odds. But when one of the men is forced to make a quick decision following an accident, they both learn the true meaning of heroism and survival. Nicholas Aaron and Richard Hawking star in an incredible re-creation of the events, whilst Simpson and Yates narrate the proceedings. A must-see.
