A triple feature set. 'The Battle of the River Plate' (1956) - Ten days before the outbreak of WWII, a powerful German battleship sails around the South Atlantic destroying Allied merchant ships. 'Above Us the Waves' (1955) - The battle of the Atlantic is raging and British ships are desperately needed. Most, however, are surrounding the deadly German Battleship, Tirpitz. '49th Parallel' (1941) - A Nazi U-boat is sunk by the Canadian Air Force and all the crew are lost except six men who had been sent ashore before the attack.
