I Shot Andy Warhol

Lili Taylor is eerily convincing as Valerie Solanas, Factory fringe figure, founder and only member of SCUM (Society for Cutting up Men) and the woman who shot and wounded Andy Warhol in 1968. Mary Harron's directorial debut is edgy and dynamic and the depictions of the Factory are priceless. With Jared Harris as Warhol and Stephen Dorff as sweet transvestite Candy Darling.
