Passion Fish

A beautifully crafted, often sharply funny, drama about a soap opera star whose career is cut short after an accident. Never to walk again she retreats to a Louisiana mansion to drink, curse and abuse all and sundry, including every nurse that has come to help her. Chantelle is the last nurse the agency is going to send, and she really needs the job, so somehow they're just going to have to get along. Mary McDonnell and Alfre Woodard excel in two remarkable roles for women.
