The Pink Panther
This film established director Blake Edwards' slightly subversive point of view and heightened the diversity of Peter Sellers. Sellers is Inspector Clouseau, the perpetually inept detective in pursuit of David Niven, the charming and brilliant cat burglar known as the Phantom. Robert Wagner, Capucine and Claudia Cardinale are along for the ride. Followed by "A Shot in the Dark".
