Recently widowed mother of two, Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker), looks like any other resident in her affluent South California suburb - and she is - except for the fact that she sells pot on the side to make ends meet. With a keen wit, Showtime's award-winning show skewers upper-middle class mores leaving the melodrama to 'Desperate Housewives' and instead going for affectionately dark humour and characters that resonate in the real world.
