Down in the Valley

A rivetting and suspenseful drama with Edward Norton as a charming, enigmatic drifter who latches onto teenage girl Tobe (Evan Rachel Wood), daughter of a local prison guard. Her father (David Morse) suspects the thirty-something is not all he claims to be and Tobe begins to wonder herself when a day out takes an odd turn. A seething eulogy to the wild west and a treatise on the powers of deception, with Norton also on board as a producer.
