Female Agents
In May 1944, a group of French servicewomen and resistance fighters are enlisted into the British Special Operations Executive commando group for two important missions. Firstly to retrieve a British geologist, captured while reconnoitering Normandy Beach; and secondly to kill the German SS colonel who may have figured out the impending invasion. Inspired by the true story of French resistance fighter Lise Villameur, this action-packed war movie also delves into the complexities of living in France during the Occupation. Sophie Marceau stars, along with Julie Depardieu and Deborah Francois.
